This page says what happens to the details you give us through the booking form. Briefly, and without legal fog — it describes what the application actually does.
Who processes your data

What we collect and why
From the booking form: your name, phone number and optionally e-mail, a preferred time, a note, and for a buyback the description of your car. They serve one purpose — to call you back and arrange a viewing, a test drive or the buyback.
On what basis
Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You send the form; we only answer it.
For how long
We delete completed or cancelled bookings after 24 months. Open ones stay while they are open.
Who can see them
Our staff and the provider of the server this site runs on. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for marketing, and it does not leave the European Union.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie we set is the sign-in for the internal admin — a visitor never receives it.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification and erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object. Write or call us using the contact details below — we reply within 30 days.
